Pigpen - I would have thought a large SC'd joint would be right down your street. Here are your detailed instructions:
1. Take large joint
2. place in SC
3. switch on
4. errr......
5. that's it.
There is a rub for chicken involving paprika to give the skin a 'roasted' look somewhere round here. If I find it I'll post it up (or a friendly BG might
)

xx
But does it need water or anything fancy in it?? Or just animal flesh?? How long does it need to be in for?? See... I is dim.. I'm a little LED lol I don't need 'roasted' look.. The cats get the skin and I don't think either of them are picky, they eat pigeon for goodness sake.. they'll eat anything!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Tustastic wrote:You mean you had to slosh it with brandy five times??
Indeed! we thought that most of the brandy would have evaporated but tested it first and declared it unfit for child consumption although we did let them have a little bit from the middle which they hated.I'm going to feed our children non-organic food and with the money saved take them to the zoo - half man half biscuit 20080 -

You is anything but dim, lady!!!!!
Ok - There is a school of thought that says you should put water in, but I don't go to school :rotfl: :rotfl:
I have had the following:
Chicken - large one about 6 hours on med
lamb - one that serves 4-6, about the same
Others say put some veg on the bottom with water, then sit your former thing with a face on it, so as to keep it out of the water
I have just chucked it in, personally, and its been fine. It generates enough of its own juices to stop any dry incidents

~Cool... I might get my faceless piece of carcass from the cold and frosty place and scoff it at the weekend.. that sounds like my kind of cooking..

I don't go to school either.. unless I am in need of yelling at a teacher or to drop off my little treasures. And I certainly never had a thought!!
and what do you mean I'm not din.. you must be joking.. the only thing I complain about is my hair colour.. if I was blonde noone would expect anything more than I give them.. confusion!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
