I worked out how to block users recently, as some rather rude people were putting me off my comping, so I heartily recommend using that.

The trouble is, if certain people come onto forums to cause trouble, they will to whoever is willing to listen. I've been there before on a different forum. I just see it as if they're arguing with me then that gives someone else a break. I can handle it, was just annoyed at the attitude of them towards this forum. It's like an unwritten law that you help & share when you can - which I have done since I joined.

It's just a shame others can't do the same

I only won little egg so havent tried to print, but yes i think you have to print and take to your local stockist..
what did you win/?

OH won a box of chocolates which we collected on Saturday. We just printed off the email and took it to the sales counter. No problems at all.

You don't even have to print out your email if you have it on your phone - the staff are so friendly and helpful, that it was a pleasure collecting my egg ... not as much as I'll have eating it tho hehe

Enough now please ... I think we have to accept that some people will just never listen. Best advice i can give ... click on users name ...then user lists then Ignore user ... tadah forum in nice, friendly and sharing once again
