Generally members will post concerns re any "iffy" sites.
Do you have any examples of threads/competitions that concern.Maybe we could allay your fears if you post a few on here.0 -
I think a lot of times newbies get confused when someone posts that it's a dupe meaning duplicate. They take it that dupe means a con.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

Anyone else had issues with spam texts even when you have been very careful to tick or untick boxes? I am new to this but not new to being aware to tricks to get you to confuse the tick boxes! Bit mad actually as they are coming early and i'd rather have my phone on but they are waking me up. :mad:0

Thankyou, I am with Virgin so will have a looksie to see if there is a number for them. Where did you find the info?0
-
I always forward spam to O2, there was an article in the newspaper giving numbers to forward these messages to, and I set up a contact on my phone.
Don't know whether anything is done though.0 -
Hello all,
I have a blog and will soon be giving away some Groupon vouchers. Obviously I ewant it to attract as much attention as possible, both for my own benefit and for the sponsor. I'm so sure I read something a while ago that said you weren't allowed to post your own comps, but I cannot seem to find it in the FAQs.
Can anyone enlighten me?
Kind regards,
Ry0 -
You are not allowed to promote your own competitions, sorry.

Is entering competitions similar to entering the national lottery?
I mean, is it very rare for people to win stuff?0
