Hope its ok to ask in this way but I would appreciate a bit of help on a MSE posted competition(here)
We need London residents/visitors to keep an eye out for Zoopla decalled Taxi cabs & note a few details form the decal & post it here to help us all increase our entries & hopefully one of us will win £5000.

ELLO - so usually i use my facebook to enter comps and i am losing friends and family for clogging up their newsfeeds

i have made a new facebook esp for comping but i have no friends to share with or invite to comps, So as you guys are all compers too, would you mind being my compy facebook buddies?

Personally I would say not to post.Just my view though & others are welcome to theirs.
I just think we have thousands of perfectly legitimate comps on here so there is no need to offer our details to these marketing firms.
They seem to operate under so many guises it's hard to see where one comp ends & another begins.

I was just coming to the same conclusion myself, after looking at a couple of the others you posted links to. Ah well, as you say there are plenty of less risky ones out there! I'll leave the one I posted originally but not add any more. Thanks for the input (as always!)

was just wondering whether people enter their mobile with '44' to start. its just in chrome auto fill brings the number up as '44' and i always change it but not sure if im doing the right thing? some advice would be great? x

I think you'll be fine as most promotors will know exactly what you mean.

I try to avoid putting my mobile when I can as always end up with spammy texts telling me about acccidents I never had!!
