Thanks mummy.
Got up yesterday morning and decided that i needed to get on top of the housework, so far i have managed to get about half way through all of this weeks fly lady, i also have 2 freezers that i've been trying to run the contents down, a) to save money and b) they are both solid with ice:o, so i emptied all the contents of fridge freezer into chest freezer and defrosted/cleaned it out then transfered everything from chest freezer back into fridge freezer and defrosted and cleaned out chest freezer which is now empty and ready to be filled when i get paid. Found bits and pieces that i had forgotten i had bought, yesterdays lunch was a hotch potch of bits, you know what i mean the packets with 2 fish fingers, 3 chicken nuggets and 4 hash browns bulked it all out with baked beans, everyone was fed and full so that was the main thing.
Have kept up with all surveys but still no nearer payout:mad:, havn't bothered with ebay this weekend, i do have a couple of bits to list but as they are all 99p starters i feel i can list them anytime in the week, just feel like the housework is a priority whilst i'm in the mood for it. Child benefit gets paid Tuesday and payday Wednesday, so just going to buy some lunchbox bits today to keep spends down for this month.
MIL birthday tomorrow so OH is off to garden centre this morning to buy her a nice plant for the garden and DD was very MSE and made her a lovely card from a card making set she recieved at christmas, have to say she has done a fantastic job and although she is only 9 she is showing a great flair for things arty/crafty.
DS on the other hand is being a right royal pain in the backside, attitude, complaining and generally being a little oik, i will be glad when the days are nicer and he can play out more, think part of the problem is he is so active and such an outdoorsy type that he becomes moody when cooped up.0 -

Morning Penny
Looks like its going to be a reasonable day and hopefully your little ones get outside for a run around. Spring is here. Great to see the buds on the trees.:) You are doing well with your cleaning. I am sort of getting there:) My freezer is full and I need to sort it out this week and see what is lurking at the bottom. I have a neighbour and she has lists taped onto the lid of hers with a list of all the contents. So when she removes something she just puts a line through it and she knows exactly what she has.
Take care and enjoy your day."You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream"C. S. Lewis

Hello Pennywise, very MSE using up all the bits in your freezer :money:.
Awww bless DD making the card, im sure mil will be over the moon with it. I do like making cards but its quite time consuming isnt it! Much quicker to hop down to card factory and pick one up for 59p!!
Have a lovely week xxMummytogirls x0 -
Good morning, not much to update at the minute.
Work is work and i'm keeping my head down and plodding on.
Managed to spend £10.56 in Mr T yesterday, only went in for t bags:mad:, bought some easter eggs that are currently 3for 1, came home and ate one of them:mad::mad:, my healthy eating has gone back out of the window and i'm feeling really cross about it as i was really feeling the difference not only waistband but also felt less sluggish and tired, need to sort this back out again.
Today i need to pay in a couple of DD birthday cheques, go food shopping, make childrens fancy dress costumes for their dress up day on Friday and keep on top of flylady.
Paid £10 off CC this morning as child ben has hit bank account.
Have a good day.0 -
Morning Penny
Don't be too hard on yourself. No one is perfect. You will get back into it. You have plenty to do today. Hope you have a good one."You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream"C. S. Lewis

:(Feeling really pants this morning, had a row with OH last night, have a banging head and work is rubbish.
Row was really stupid but OH really upset me, i had left my flylady list next tothe computer and he spotted it and started taking the !!!!!! out of me for needing a cleaning list, i kinda lost the plot with him and told him what i thought of him and said at least i was trying to keep on top of the housework and that he wouldn't know one end of a broom from the other even if i stuck it up his backside, other stuff came up about how its ok for him to walk in from work and switch off and sit on his behind, it just went on like this and nothng was resolved, i just feel hurt that i'm trying to do the best for the family and all he can do is put me down, oh well another day and will try and get on and not thnk too much about it.
PAY DAY:D, £200 has been sent to the c card, spent £42 in mr T last night and then £15 on petrol.
Work is work and i'm going in doing my job and coming home again, does feel draining at the minute or maybe its because i feel like life is getting on top of me.0 -
Manage to spend £81.99 in Tesco this weekend, did include some alcohol, but still way too much tobe soending, must get back into going to L!dl. £6 also spent on a birthday present as DD had a party to go to.
We also went swimming as a family which was nice but another £7 spent, at least it was cheap family fun and the children love going.
Also Ordered a £10 T£sco voucher from valu£d op!nions.0 -
