Did a full shop today at the Co-Op (Co-ugh). Armed with the £2 coupon for £10 shop.Ends tomorrow 6pm. Didn't gain even after the coupon and some clearance items.
And was told they do not accept the £2 coupon and the Glenfiddich £2 voucher together. One or the other. Though that may have been down to the cashier. Will go back tomorrow.

I got the multi buy on meat today, which took an extra 50p off of pot chops reduced to £1. 50. So that is still working in my coop, at least.

If it's a "boy one get one free" type then it will still work on reduced stuff. If it's "buy 2 for £2" it will probably only work if the cost of the 2 would be more than £2 and if that's the case many people would go for full price anyway.

Today I got party food bargains and have a freezer full of sausage rolls (my daddy loves them) as they were reduced to 79p but the 3 for 2 offer still worked.

So was the meat reduced and the multi buy still worked? Thanks, thats good to know.
  • You are lucky as multi buy items have been eliminated from my store.

It was buy 2 for £ x, and it took off the amount it would have taken off the full price.

Lots of fish and prawns reduced this evening. Got fishcakes for 44p a pack, with a 2 for £2 offer on which took £1.50 off of my 88p purchase price. Nice.
