    Halibut2209 makes the point perfectly. We have to have feedback to help prove these scams are toothless. If people were so all-knowing and wise to this scamming, then this thread wouldn't have existed. :tongue:

    There are 20,000+ posts on here advising to ignore....we don't need to be told it works; if it didn't work, there would be 20,000+ posts saying 'don't ignore'.

    Harrassed newbies need to be told it works. :)

    I fully agree with you. Feedback is essential. We get a fair proportion of new posters that come on and say "I don't see any posts confirming that your advice works" and in truth there are too few.

    With all due respect to 27Col and Oopsadaisy, it is not the "regulars" who need this feedback; we know already; it is the "clients" who benefit from the reassurance offered by previous "clients" returning to report how it is going.

    I was just being a bit flippant.
    Newbies should feel free to post about the non-happenings that occur as a result of their ignoring the scam paperwork.
    I still haven't managed to get a PCN from my local Aldi car park. In spite of trying quite hard. I'm beginning to feel a bit left out.
    Although I think that I did manage to convince 3 people to ignore PCN's, while waiting for the bus the other day.
    I can afford anything that I want.
    Just so long as I don't want much.

    We got a parking ticket issued by Euro car parks and just ignored all correspondance from them. Eventually they just gave up.
