Nice try PPS but you're not fooling us ..""admissions" ..so that will be drivers who folded and paid prior to any proceedings ...so out of the 42 how many were real CCJs and how many were "admissions" ?
(I think I could make an educated guess
)
None of the "references" they have quoted are court case references."You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

Thanks for your reply. I went on their website, and the only thing that got me a bit worried was this -
''With regards to our ongoing enforcement services against those drivers who do not pay their outstanding Parking Charge Notices (PCNs), PPS have just obtained a number of County Court judgements and admissions in the following cases:''
They list about 42 cases.
Is this just more scaremongering?
Yes it's scaremongering. If you look at any PPC that operates enforcement you'll see they're all proudly boasting of success at court. Several of them also claiming to be the very first to achieve this too even though that would be impossible.
There have been a few PPC cases that have been won and at the moment the general consensus is that they're faked cases where the PPC have taken someone they know to court with the full intention of the defendant loosing so that they can claim a win.
The only PPC which doesn't claim to have success in court is oddly NCP even though they do issue PCNs. They don't even advertise enforcement on their website and they are known for not doing court.
So in short, forget about the invoice you've been sent. It holds very little ground in legal circles.0 -
I too have recently received a 'PCN' from Premier Park in the Exeter area, and having looked at a number of different sites, have come to the conclusion that I shall be ignoring any and all correspondence that I receive from them.
The general advice seems to be sit tight, respond to nothing they send and act as if it never happened!
I'll tell you how I get on.0 -
Spread the word theres still thousends of innocent people out there thinking these scammers are for real  i think the watchdog vidio should be shortend to a TV advert and shown 24/7:beer:PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0

You needn't bother to tell us how you get on. We already know what will happen.I too have recently received a 'PCN' from Premier Park in the Exeter area, and having looked at a number of different sites, have come to the conclusion that I shall be ignoring any and all correspondence that I receive from them.

I'll tell you how I get on.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
Pay up immediately...I know someone who ignored and do you know what happened??? Nothing.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why then you're as thick and stupid as the moderators on here - MSE ForumTeam0

As expected, nothing has happened for 3 months - no threatening letters, not a jot

who would have thought..
That the answer to the question of how many have they sued would be the same as the answer to the ultimate question in the universe

silly us for not working it out...Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Nonsense. It's good that people report back to prove to people that ignoring works. Although you and I know that, new posters don't, and this is good reassurance.
Thanks for the update! One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0
