well done weller on, well, everything. The lottery money I think should go in a pot so you can have a lovely family day out (or two) over the school holidays. I don't think that's debt money, it's weller family fun money.

What anti ds are you on? I'm on prozac and since I started I've gained half a stone.

Weller you come across as a wonderful person, good mum and someone anyone would be proud to have as a friend. You have been through so much recently but are still hanging in there... you are amazing! I'm in anti-deps too (Prozac) and know what you mean about being scared to leave the house but it will get better. You are a worthwhile, lovely person so hold your head high and say f*** the lot of them! Walk down that street with pride! :D It cheers you up no end!

PS the prozac has actually helped me not to put on any more weight!

I'm on Mirtazapine - 45mg

I think we're going to have a day out at Chester Zoo as Mollie is too little to go on any rides etc and Sam loves it there (I do too!). We're doing so well with the debt so I think, in this instance, it won't do any harm to spoil ourselves - just this once ;)

I'm just checking in but I haven't eaten anything today so I haven't sinned.

Had a really !!!!!! day and I'm at the end of my teather (sp?). Sam at home today (and tomorrow) - teacher training days, I had an astma attack, Sam phoned Andy at work, Andy phoned an ambulance then told his supervisor he was going home (me ill, maybe going to hospital, 2 children to look after etc), his supervisor told him not to bother coming back, he was sacked, just to come back for his tools. Andy came home, ambulance men went, told me and I told him to go back to work, he didn't want to but I said he must so he did. Supervisor wouldn't talk to him apart from to say he was sacked so Andy went to MD who said he'd have a word with supervisor, but he couldn't over rule the supervisor as he had given him the rights to hire and fire and for Andy to come into tomorrow, either to pick his tools up and be sacked or maybe return to work. So Andy came home after going to a few places looking for jobs, phoned his MD to see if he'd had a word with supervisor - still given the same response. So he's going in at 7 tomorrow so who knows what will happen. i am so bl00dy angry and have phoned ACAS but they said he had no rights as he hadn't worked there for over a year so back to squre one.

It seems that this supervisor wants his son to get a welding job (what Andy does) but there isn't a bench for him so it kind of feels like somethings going on, sacking Andy (last in - first out - no rights etc) and getting his son a bench.

So another sleepless night. I am worried but Andy says not to be though I think he only says taht so I don't get in a state but I'm more f***ing angry than anything. Just when things get back on track something bl00dy else happens.

Anyway, rant over, just to let you know I've been good.

Will move this to my diary, sorry.

    Hi Weller

Just been catching up on your thread. Sounds like you're having a really rough time at the moment.
Hope things start to get better for you soon.
Re your weight - try not to let what other people think stop you from going out. People can be very unkind and rude. You are doing well with your weight loss so keep going. PS I need to lose loads of weight (and I'm talking stones not pounds :o )so if you want a support partner let me know.

awwww Weller so sorry to hear about your OH and disgusted that he has no rights  easy for me to say but dont let it get you down and I hope your OH gets another job soon. He is highly skilled so hopefully he will be able to get another one just as quick as he did last time and hopefully he wont be working for idiots like he is now. If the MD is hiding behind his supervisor I hope he can blame the supervisor when all goes wrong - he is pathetic.(((((HUGS)))))

Andy has spoke to someone from work and they told him that the MD told the supervisor that if he lets Andy go then he's not allowed to replace him so its on his head in the work isn't out on time etc so we'll see what tomorrow brings. Wish us luck xx

    Hi Weller
Just been catching up with your thread. Flippin heck these last few weeks have definitely been one of the downs on the debt free rollercoaster hasn't it:eek: .

Ref Andy's job and them saying your sacked, I still think it is worth talking to the CAB or ACAS tomorrow. It seems unbelievable that they could sack him because there was a medical emergency in the family. Having said that if the MD is that much of a t0sser then maybe Andy is better off elsewhere!

Well done on the ebaying. When you feel that you can't do anything, then think that you took the time to do £400 of ebaying. And it can be a pain doing listings, as well as sad when you have to let cherished things go.

Ref the little boy next door. Is he at school yet? If not then you may find he calms down when he gets there. My friends little boy got so bad that I didn't want to go round to the house cos he was a little well pain to be polite. But since he has been at school he is much better, much calmer. Not great if he is being horrible at the moment though.

Keep posting we will all be sending you and Andy positive vibes! Whenever you feel down, just remember how far you have come. You may be low now, but this place is still higher than your lowest point, so be proud of that.
