a troll is someone who deliberately tries to wind people up.
when you say dont feed the troll it means dont answer to them, dont give them the pleasure of getting upset. ignore them.

    Hi Lisa.

Just checking in.......so glad to see things are looking up for you.

Your relationship with your Mum will rebuild at the right & best pace, as long as you are true to yourself and are not swayed by anyone (including her!).

Take every day as it comes honey, as I am sure you are doing.

Congrats on getting that Capital One debt paid off , yaaaaaaaay! :D

But I couldn't have done it all without all your help and support :T - yes, you prodded me but you all also made me feel like I could do it, I could be strong and you also made me feel like I am a good Mum so you all have to take some credit and a lot of it. I just hope I could possibly, in the future, help somebody like you've all helped me.

I feel lots better and able to tackle things now and hubby has seen a big change in me so is chuffed to bits. He has even started getting frisky again but thats another story :rotfl:

Weller, loved your latest update! :T

Glad to see you're still going strong! :D

How about your OH accompanying the kids to see your mum. That way they will be supervised and if she starts the old tricks he can make excuses and leave. :)

You should be very proud of yourself for dealing with your debts right now and trying to give your children a better life in the future. Your little boy sounds lovely and that in itself is an achievement.

Aww hun, I've just read the original post. Your little boy is a tribute to you and your husband.

At the end of the day, money is money, debt is debt. You may lose other things but you will always have the love of your children to keep you warm at night.

It's out of the mouths of babes that sometimes shell-shocks us into realising exactly what this world is trying to turn us into.
