I'm a bit of an early bird anyway chocforever, so am usually up and DH is working so I woke up when he got up. Today was a late start compared to the Sunday ones so it was almost a lie in"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". No probs
Well done on your haul as well :T
Hope you are enjoying the sun, it's very cloudy and murky here so no chance of that for me today. Oh well, I'm keeping busy instead."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

So far this morning I have done 5 new ebay listings and uploaded 30 that were scheduled listings.
I've done 3 loads of washing, and now trying to get that dried. Don't want to hang it out as the weather is looking iffy.
Amazon keep sending me offers to trade in books I've bought from them previously. I might look into that as they are giving an extra £5 for every £10 they trade in until 30th June."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". One of my items listed this morning has a bid already :T

Whilst I was watching the Jubilee concert last night I decided to be productive, so have mended 3 of the items of clothing, decluttered a few magazines, and sorted the recipe cuttings.
My declutter list:
1. Bag full of hotel toiletries - years old and pretty grotty - bin.
2. bundle of leaflets - recycled
3-4 Two plastic crates - recycling centre
5-6 Two polystyrene trays - recycling centre
7. Pile of magazine cuttings - recycled."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Wow jwil - all of your productiveness is putting me to shame! i really must get on with something today
Seriously though it sounds like you are making brilliant progress with getting things organised and sorted out :T And all this stuff leaving the house - to be binned or recycled is stuff that is at least gone and more space for you :T
I think i'll try and get my make-up sorted out today  That way its something i can do whilst the tellybox is onand really it should be a quickish task  I threw out a mascara yesterday - got it when i needed foundation & blusher and there was 3 for 2 but i have to say for something that retails at approx £15 it was rubbish
- i persevered as i am skint but it really had to go !
So hopefully i'll have got *something* done today too. I'll also need to dive into the wardrobe to work on another section of clothesMind you - its been good for me this time going through things as i'm saying about quite a few things 'MUST WEAR MORE' and i already have with a couple of things - felt like i was wearing something new so that was nice
and as i say making a bit more of an effort with my appearance helps make me feel better about myself too
First off though is the dreaded supermarket shop - due to absolutely rubbish hours at work i figured the best thing to do was to go today and at least then i don't have to go at the weekend. I wonder why the shopping always amounts to more than i expect even though i;ve stuck to my list?
Hope you have a lovely day - i'll pop back in later, take care x
Hi of course to everyone else too - peaceandfreedom, retiredandskint, LAM, chocforever, brizzle, pinot et al - hope you've all had a nice weekend xCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000
