...and any unwanted entertainments passes. It might not apply if you're travelling as a family but if you're only booking for say 2 or 3 people they'll usually take off the charge for the passes that aren't required as well if you ask them to which saves a few pounds so as deanos said, if you don't want the linen you can have that removed so that all you should be paying for are the extra service charges/power charge for your gas & electric and the entertainment passes you require if applicable. Look out as the charges vary wildly from park to park :eek:

I'll give you an example. We're going to Greenacres in North Wales in March for 5 days. The extras on the invoice that came from Haven after I booked and paid originally was:
Entertainments & facilities Passes - £34 (@£8.50 each for 4 people)
Linen and beds made up on arrival - £14
Power charge - £27.80

So by removing the linen charge and taking our own and asking for the 2 passes to be removed as there were only two of us going that saved £31, leaving an additional £44.80 to pay instead of another £75.80!

Hello All.

So just a quickie. Are any of the holidays in the little booklet for a butlins? I have seen a holiday in there Page 33. Holiday number 166. All it says is Bogner Regis, West sussex. I mean no park name nothing!

Oh thank you. Have now filled out the forms as trying for 2 holidays. Fingers crossed we get one first choice, although any break would do at the minute!!!:)

Get through the whole thing and then go to pay and then get "An error comunicating with streamline has occurred (5-)"

Morning can someone help

I have lost my priority letter, as ive broke my ankle i got people in the house doing stuff and clearly put it in a " safe place" and now noone can find it

Anyway i keep trying to email the sun to request another but it just keeps giving me a time out error and wont bring anything up

Well i find a " contact us" and sent in a pre filled query eventhough it kept crashing i persisted with hitting " try again" and it did finally work after about 5 mins.

Fingers crossed they send me something back
