They charge for the whole day regardless but you might find the price goes up if they have to do a long-ish drive.
If Bridal party is being dropped off at a house and going from that house to the venue, surely she doesn't need a wedding car? Most people only have them for the photos anyway. If she really doesn't want to drive, can't she get a taxi?
How about asking on the wedding board to see what their suggestions are?
Because its a very large skirted dress and then 3 bridsmaids.
It could all change really, Dad and I are staying at a B&B the night before and the landlady said if push comes to shove we can take the dresses there the night before and she can get ready there in our room.
Me and the bridesmaids could go in one taxi and her and dad in another.
Hey, Ive just thought, they might get some free publicity out of the pictures.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

can she not get ready at her aunts house if that is where she is meeting her dad?People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

McKneff - one of our local brides had her Rolls booked for the day- arrived at church and one of the guests had turned up in his (admittedly gorgeous) American Truck - Bride abandons plans to drive to wedding reception in the Roller, and goes in Truck instead!!! She and her groom had a wonderful time being applauded by passersby, who were rather startled to see them leaning out the windows! and they were featured on the front page of the local paper!!!
I wonder what the medieval equivalant was?
PS - another bride booked a 'party fire engine' to take her and groom to reception! and no, there wasnt a fire brigade connection - groom just wanted a ride in a fire engine! That was featured in the paper too!0
