Oh Carboot is a good plan - I've bagged up the 'not worth selling but someone can get the use of them' stuff to the charity shop - but a car boot is a good idea - thanks!

I'm the same as you with the travelling - we've just had a holiday and have another planned for xmas (insert shreeky face) - it will be fun but I do think - that would be £XXXX from the debts - on the other hand, kids are getting older and we've not done many holidays - whilst I know we dont need them - tis fun to explore and travel with them in the hope we can coax them back for other adventures.

2 year plan - gulps well I hope to be as near as I can get to make sure I've got my best foot forward for moving sooth. Fingers crossed for us both eh?

I need to implement a harsher bedding policy but I struggle - they're all so mismatched and pretty!

Must take a bit of your policies on board!

Sounds like you have had a very productive day so far.

We are just playing here at the minute waiting for my mum to come down for "a chat" whatever that means????? Then work this evening. The promise of payday is the only thing that's giving me motivation to go. Problem is we are paid a month in arrears so this month I will only get a weeks pay for the a/l week at the end of June. I won't see this months work reflected in my pay til end of August :(
    Goals for February
    Declutter 2/50
    Money Made £0/£200
    Overpayments £0/£200

Hugs starnac - thats hard going knowing you'll only get part of a wage this month. As to talks with mothers (insert blue shreeky face). Hope that goes OK........

All Dvd's now in there boxes and boxed up in 2 big boxes - still a few strays to find. Why do they always muddle themselves up? Or maybe its just this house??

Onwards to the next pile of clutter.

    Have fun L!

I'm in the land of the wombles today - banks all done - so that's fine - new car here - which is great.

Lots to do and another room to declutter :) deep joys! Got two old mattresses and 4 bin bags to the dump yesterday.

    Have a great one everyone.

just thought i'd pop my head over the fence and catch up in the Womble world. Not been having lunch breaks and not logging on so much at night so completely behind with everyone.

KK you have my sympathy, i've got the building site look going on at the moment because of the bathroom, i'm just clinging on to the idea that it will look fab when it's finished. It will won't it??????

Waves to LT nice to see you - hope the bathroom tiles fit nicely in with your decor to be :)

Today not much to report here - friend brought lunch to work so a free lunch
Banks as expected, not great but not dreadful
    CC's the same
Collected eggs must get rid of some :)
    Must skype the kids later
Dr in a bit but will do a couple other jobs at same time to maximise fuel
More decluttering to do and a bit of gardening - slow and steady winds the race
Box up another couple of boxes, probably start on the books.
Sofa bed to put on freecycle and a 'queen' size double to rehome
Two beds to collapse later tonight and one of the land lords to put back up.
Dinner from the freezer - that I think will be bolognese - and slow roast lamb to put in oven.
Sheets from old spare room bed to air dry.

Probably enough for the rest of today.

Have a good un! Off to hop over a few fences x

My word! Pippi, hope everything's okay at the mo, lovely to hear that your move is really going ahead, and that you're managing to streamline things beforehand. KK, you poor thing! That souns absolutely dreadful for you, ankle, building site and all. Waving at Starnac, and all the rest too! I'm back from holiday away in Eastern England, and I'm off this week too, though the house is in *complete* disarray - I'm having some vinyl laid on Friday, in my bedroom, and I've had to start clearing the room before the day itself, so for instance the little chest of drawers is sitting on the kitchen table (truly :D:D:D - I don't sit down to eat at the table anyway, so it made sense :rotfl:).
