I too was amazaed at the resiliance of the land.
I recall going to Phuket a couple of years after the Sunami and you wouldn't have known to look at it.

Compare that to Prague where you could see the tide line on many buildings

Hey Sibley .... I am you and you, me according to the sad losers of the Forum.

They are so hopelessly lost in their sad penniless worlds that they cannot, for one small moment, believe that TWO people could disagree with them!!!! :D

Have a thanks from your nemesis ..... ;)

Then it must just be a coincidence that you, mrree, reweird and the gh0uls all cannot use apostrophes and all have the same stupid views?

sorry, i forgot you are the multi millionaire property developer, who owns half of mudeford (where house prices are 'booming' faster than ever before (despite the land registry showing 12% decline in selling prices in last 4 years and 3% in latest year and propertybee showing big declines in asking prices))

despite your massive portfolio, which you claim is in double digit value growth, you still work for a wage, and have received a 'double digit' payrise this year?

it's weird isn't it....almost as if you were't telling the truth?

anyway, you'd better not stay the forum for too long...i think today was the day that you had coldplay coming round to do a private gig for you isn't it?
and aren't you out for dinner with lord lucan this evening?
also, don't forget to put your usual £1M bet on shergar in the 3.30 from kempton
