Well, as an example .... type into RM ... Mudeford, Christchurch - up to £260k .... and see all the sold markers. Plenty have been sold and removed, of course.

We did this the other day, any plenty were available. If you take the whole of Christchurch there were plenty more.

Surely you are not taking one very small area and suggesting it represents the entire country are you?

What planet are you on MrRee.

Yes while I won't deny there are a good few sold properties on there, there is also plenty of unsold properties on there. And for someone who is constantly stating 'there is not 1 house on the market where I am looking , they are all sold' is clearly talking shoite.

And anyway why are you looking at houses under £260,000? Have you suddenly lost loads of money because I thought you were looking at the million pound plus bracket. :rotfl:

I was giving a pointer of what's happening around here .... most of my Property Portfolio is worth less than £250k each - I keep a very close eye on that area of the market. AND, everything you would want to buy - has been bought!

You need to have a place within a 5 minute walk of the Quay and beaches .... anything else is just noise.

MrRee do you believe Mudeford is representative of the entire country?

It is EXTREMELY representative of the area in which I live, work and invest.

I have never ever once stated what was happening in NI for example ... just reporting that, in my area, boom times are evident.

I also give warning that these events will happens up North soon - those who are very smart will buy there NOW.

I must be pretty thick then because there is no way im buying a house yet.

The north west will see bigger drops come january as lots and lots of people will be losing their jobs the day they start back work after christmas. Its happened around here for the last 2 years.

Why is the north going to suddenly start booming ?
