you just look at all forums or review sites. 99.9% will be complainihg about a service and only 00.1% will be praising a service.

people only use forums etc. when they dislike or have problems with a service, they never use the same forums to compliment a service. that is what i never take reviews seriously as for every 1upset customer you will most likely have 1000 happy customers

To put all this in perspective. Yes there are some complaints on mse and in other places but considering the amount of deliveries at this time of year it's a small percentage.

Yes, but it's the repeated reports of unacceptable behaviour that Amazon should be more concerned about. Claiming 'delivery' when they've been nowhere near the property, lying about where things have been left and items then disappearing, getting paid for fast delivery and recording it as delivered then turning up the next day, ...

Absolutely, it's the outright dishonesty exhibited by this company.

Yodel have made it through to the next round of "worst company 2011", if you are dissatisfied please vote here and let's give yodel the fame they deserve for ruining too many christmas present plans!

It's Yodel against Hermes in this round ...

Royal Mail are guilty of all those as well.

Are you boycotting every company that uses the postal service?

As I said though these so called repeated reports are very low number in relation to angthing else. So if the percentage is so low in reality A mazon won't investigate because it's negative in comparison to the rest of the business. If a fraction of a percent of customers complain on some forums in reality to Amazon there is no problem. Yes it's annoying for those that have a problem but this petition won't do anything.

As i said by boycotting who's going to suffer because Amazom aren't. As with tex the odd problem I have ever had with Amazon I have always been refunded quickly with no problem so if you have a problem speak to Amazon.

Actually getting this story in the national news can only be a good thing. Maybe it will be the bad news story that gets both companies to sort out their acts out and stop being poor.
