what a useless post.
you cant tell a retailer to stop using a certain courier.
i tell you what i will start a petition to stop you using supermarkets http://adadin.epetitions.net/0 -
I'd be interested to see how many people sign your petition.0

I have no problems with Amazon and ordered many things especially recently
I dont think a petition will make slightly difference if the service is so bad and enough people complain to Amazon maybe they listen0 -
12 names so far.
The Amazon managers must be quaking in their boots!0 -
the OP must have a large family, as i have used amazon many times and the goods have arrived before their estimated dates. i have had other deliveries by Yodel and without problems
strange that DHL neverr had compalints under they just changed their name to YodelYodel - formerly DHL UK

Yodel are great around here
texranger, DHL didn't change there name the home delivery side was bought by Home Delivery Network , so if you want to check past complaints search Home Delivery Network0 -
I would rather have Yodel over Hermes. They wouldn't be able to change to any other couriers without increasing their delivery charges.0

of course you can petition (not tell, that's not what the OP is doing) a retailer to do anything. They may take note, they may not.
Anyone with an ounce of common sense knows Amazon will ignore the OP's petition. Therefore texranger is spot on, the post/ petition is useless.0 -
A woman at a bus stop the other day was complaining how a Kindle she had ordered from Amazon was simply left in the middle of her path (presumably in front of her door) so it was exposed to all weathers and a risk of being stolen. She said she would therefore "Never use them again"! (even though she admitted she hadnt even complained or contacted them over matter)
I couldnt help but say to her that, having worked in the express courier/delivery services in the past, I didnt think she should necessarily blame Amazon as unfortuantely most, if not all delivery companies have rogue drivers or at least drivers who are less than conscientious at times.
I suggested she would be cutting her nose to spite her face as Amazon are normally very reliable - I've used them alot over the last few years and have only had one delivery problem which they resolved to my satisfaction.0
