I have been following this site for over 6 months and find most of the people on here genuine and very helpfull.
I'm looking to try a number of options, the first selling old items no longer used on E-bay / car boots.
Good luck everyone and all the very best with the 12K in the year 2012.

Im also going to have a clear out and list as much stuff on ebay as possible and Im going to give mystery shopping a try, i have my first one booked for Thursday evening.
I have approx £4,000 of debt hanging about which I aim to clear first with the extra I make on this challenge then anything over that I will start to save.0 -
I'm in! My target is £2012 in savings account by the end of 2012! We have £1400 to clear from credit cards first and a wedding in Tuscany we would dearly love to attend in Sep so a fair bit to save for that too! It will be nice to set an actual figure to aim for this year! I've been reading threads for a while but this is my first post!0

I'm in! Out of curiosity more than anything to see if I can find other ways of making a bit extra!
My final bits in the pot for the 2011 challenge.....£300 paid off credit card, £150 into the regular saver and £35 into shares.
Although I havent hit the 11K target, I said initially that I would be more than chuffed if I even got half way and I did! So many thanks to all who keep up the motivation and positivity on the board, it's a big help! Hope everyone has a very prosperous new year0 -
Can I join in too please.
The last two years of my life have been a struggle but this challenge may be what I need to get my bottom into gear. I have been reading these threads for two years now and never joined a challenge. I think £12,000 is way too high for me, but aim for the moon and you may hit the stars....
