I must admit - I found icesave pretty good at customer service. I couldn't log in a while back, and after a number of password changes, the woman from customer services rang me to check I could log in. ()

Did they look ill? I don't think guppies live long anyway, they've always seemed fragile to me. Very colourful thou.
I have a Raphael catfish (sometimes called a talking catfish) a pleco and a silver shark too.
