Good news about the course and it's definitely worth taking that window of opportunity from your employer - then you can finish it and leave

Hi PaP
glad you finally decided to go to college and do your course. I'm a great believer in improving your situation through education. When you sre studying in your own time and paying for the privilege too it makes you appreciate it and work harder. Meeting new people will also help with your confidence.
I hope this is the start of great things for you, you deserve to get on and be able to move out and have your own place.
I'm doing a degree with the open university at the moment - they do lots of courses, and if you are on a low income you can often get all your fees paid and get a study grant of £250 per year to help with your studying etc. Why not have a look and see what they offer for your next course?
Good Luck

thanks sophies mum, i was actually thinking of doing an ou course along side this one but i thought that may be pushing it, i have my eye on quite a few ou courses but i have never done anything like that before... i guess i will just have to take the plunge and do it, i suppose because i 'know' no one that has completed an ou course i feel a little worried but its is definetly on my running list... the problem is i would like to do so much but i dont think its possible :rotfl:0 -
