I`m not sure how long other cakes from posters took on here.I just know if I had not used a oven thermometer my cake would have been burnt after 2hrs.My oven was running at a higher temperature then it should have been.Oven temperatures vary so much Lalala


BTW oven thermometers are only a few pounds to buy and are really handy to have

fFound a cheap tablecloth tonight - T's Terracotta Spot Wipe Clean (bc ends 6676) for the grand sum of 58p! It's this one:











































The packaging is the same as all the other wipe clean ones.
I think I was the only person in there tonight not doing Christmas shopping...scanned the whole stationery aisle but NO cheap craft bits

I got one recently in the crazy sale for like 10p...learnt the hard way that you do NOT leave it in the meat/ cake etc. while it's baking
