I'm not sure how to help, but would suggest the Samaritans http://www.samaritans.org/talk_to_someone.aspx

Please speak to a doctor or as a start point to the Samaritans.

You need profesisonal help, people on the internet aren't qualified to help you. There is help there - so please pick up the phone

    Best wishes to you!
  • No one on here knows the whole story so won't be able to advise you... god forbid some one wade in and give you the wrong advice :(

Please get in contact with Samaritans (who you can email if you don't feel up to talking) or Mind. If you feel like you're in danger of hurting yourself and don't know where else to go tonight, head for A&E and they'll always have someone who can help you to get through it.

Please stay safe and try and remember that with the right help and support your life WILL get better xx

  • Do you have the number for your local Crisis Team? They are available through the night and can send someone out to you if need be. If you cannot access help elsewhere, don't be afraid to call 999 or go to A&E.

I was once found laying on the road, though it was through drinking too much vodka.

and whatever is going on for you right now, and whatever you feel, it passes.

Things change, time passes, and transitionary periods where big changes happen are stressful, but always always always if you hang in there it passes.

That's not funny that, when the Op is having a bad time.

I quite honestly dont know what to say - if you hadnt already said you have been to the GP - I would have suggested that, supposing that he/she would refer you to the mental health crisis team.
You put yourself in danger hun - you know that which is why you posted. my best suggestion is that you phone the Samaritans or go to A&E.
My thoughts are with you - I wish I could come and help, but as I cannot - please please phone the Sams if you feel you are getting in a state or out of control.

Ring the samaritans, talk to someone close to you, go back to the GP, get help, there is plenty out there, take care of yourself you don't have to suffer alone, please take care
