OP, if you feel like the GP didnt help you, and you feel in danger, go to the nearest A&E and they can help you, or ring the samaritans.0

DarlingBuds - I think there can be long pauses because they are listening to what you have to say. And remember if you phone again you don't necessarily get to speak to the same person, so if the first person did not entirely suit you - then phone againn you might get soemone else. Or you might get the same person. Really, they are very, very good. They have time for you and will listen to you for as much time as you need. You can take your time speaking to them and phone them back as much as you want whilst you need them.0 -
thanks everyone, l have gone back to my original dose as it was making me a zombie and; have a young family.
I have told work now + they have agreed that I work from home in the new year to help me get on my feet.
In a way, 'want to leave my family for a while as i don't want them to suffer, but its Xmas and we are going away.
went back to where. was in the road, feel drawn too it now, but; won't do anything.
I'm ringing the Samaritans again tomorrow. Hopefully this will pass soon, I hope0 -
Ring the samaritans now. Try to offload and then go to bed. Being tired always makes it feel worse. Are you taking vitamins? They may help you feel a bit better along with your meds. The pauses in telephone conversations may get distortedly long as part of your illness. Call the crisis team if you are feeling really bad.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0
