People who designed and installed system have gone belly up! I'm after something of a rarity, and that is someone who can look at system, give me their opinion, and give me a solution to our problem. House is approx 230m2, 4 bed all en suite. Heat pump Calorex AW12002AHY Air/Water (12KW) heat pump. Solar Panels to assist DHW, Heat Recovery System.
Half house is underfloor heating, rest new low temperature rads.
U value for fabric 0.14w/m2/degC. All windows double glazed. System has never worked at all. Is anybody out there?

I've called Calorex, they are 'supposed' to be looking for someone. My main point is trying to find a Consultant or Company who can look at the whole and give me some practical advise. There are people out there, it's a matter of just finding them.....'simple' as the merekat would say, hens teeth come to mind.0

What's the issue? Is it not supplying enough heat, or is it broke?
Geotherm normally gives good advice on settings etc. If it's faulty, then Calortex are responsible.0 -
Main issue is that it's not supplying enough heat. It's not broke. The company that have gone belly up specified the Calorex unit and also designed the system ie heating for the whole house, DHW, heat recovery. So I'm after someone to tell me what's not working properly, and/or where the sytem needs rectifying. I think with Calorex, all they will say is that their unit is fine, however I don't think they will investigate the design of the system as they may say it's outside the scope of there works. Hence an independant person is what I'm trying to source.0

Just looking on the internet for the manual. Then I may be able to give some advice, as not a model I know.As Manuel says in Fawlty Towers: " I Know Nothing"0
