These mistakes do happen, flo gas can and will come and take the gas out of the tank, you need to phone up and speak to some in scheduling explain what has happened. No good speaking to somebody in aftersales they have not got any idea what so ever. If you dont get any where let me know and i will get you a number

Welcome to the forum - and thanks for a really useful post. I hope you'll look in on the Bulk LPG .. thread - and contribute! We have some really helpful people who work in the industry who contribute. And, occasionally, people who post once saying how wonderful supplier XXXXXXX is!

This delivery mistake has caused a lot of hassle for TBomb and his gf (and wasted a lot of others' time) so thanks for suggesting how to sort it. Would you send TBomb a private message, please, with the contact number - then the info should go straight to his email box (I don't know how he's set up MSE)? Flogas have threatened to cut him off (how would they do that?) on/around the 22nd - that's Thursday.

PS Several people have posted about unasked for deliveries - and the supplier getting very heavy with bills, threats of court, etc. Of course we only hear one side.

My first time reading this and some good advice towards the end about who to contact at Flogas, my first concern when reading it though was how do you know the "guy in a tanker" was putting gas IN the tank!
