Listed 10 items on ebay last night, not as many as I'd initially wanted to do but most of them have already got watchers so I'm going to take that as a good sign. Hopefully I'm getting back on track with this now!£2012 in 2012 challenge: £915.28/£2012

This month is looking dreadful for me so far but I have transferred £25 to my savings account: £10 for the cash that was given to me for the badges I sold and £15 that has so far been given to me for the nappy cake I sold. I still have a £50 voucher for Mothercare to spend as well as a £20 boots one but will count thoase only when I spend them and I sold a few things on ebaytoo but will wait for end of month bill to see how much I actually made! Might bootsale tomorrow but weather not looking hopeful. Not sure I'll get much better after this either as baby due in less than 2 weeks. Oh I did get a tax rebate of £800 but I can't afford to put it in the savings account as have just spet £1200 on work done on the house and technically it is not extra money, just money that they shouldn't have taken in the first place.Make £2012 in 2012 member #88

:(:(:(:(:(:(:( ive made £130 this month which is great, but have also blown the budget so badly that not eating for a month won't get us out of overdraft.
Am pondering whether to hold out for my £130 to go to Italy, or recover our finances as quick as poss by putting it into the normal budget( same thing as Nuninge) ..... no charges or consequences either way.... shall ponder a bit more.... but for posterity:
Ebay £11.35
Amazon£13.42
BT refund £32
Interest £8.73
Tax credit £6.03
Havent a clue 1£ 50
havent a clue 2 £10 these went into savings at start of month and cant remember
sigh sigh sigh:(:(:(:(:(
ps funlovincriminal, just PM mennie with your total and ask for a number to go on the spreadsheet of hope/doom lol!0 -
Where on earth has this month gone? I've not done well AT ALL. Have managed a less than spectacular £27.35. Looked at the date today and couldn't believe it was the 25th! I doubt I'll redeem myself this month now but I will endeavour to work harder next month!
I have been slacking on the surveys which is my main source of income for this challenge so will get going on those again this week and hopefully I can earn a payout or two for next month!0 -
Hello all!
Got a bit side-tracked regarding saving money over the past couple of months but back to it today! Just transferred over £80 of overtime and pay rise money and £51 that was left over in my bank account from last month. Hubby has also just banked £35 of change and added that to the pot making a grand total of £166 to add to my challenge0 -
Hi all, it's payday for me today so I've totted up my totals for April (doubt I'll make any more between now and May) and I have made £311.30
Admittedly this is mostly due to my ISA interest rather than any hard work on my part but I did manage to take lots of ebay photos which I'll list over the weekend, promise!
£5.63 - various small bits of interest in various accounts
£2.40 - Quidco
£50 - ebay
£80 - Regular savings from wages
£173.27 - ISA interest
Bringing my total to £1,236.35, with £775.65 and 8 months to go. Sadly I seem to spending it as fast as I'm saving it but that's OK, this challenge has meant I can afford to!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
2 of my ebay listings have had bids and th rest have at least 2 watchers which has to be a good sign that hopefully things are getting back on track for me on this challenge
. Got more things ready to list on sunday too, and hopefully will have more hours in work after this week that can use partly for this too. Fingers crossed anyway
