Hi, all, Just a question really; do people incude what they have saved in other challenges towards this total too??
I know it seems like a daft question, but I havent counted in the money in my coin jar or saved as store vouchers for xmas.
Also I have got £5.40 on an a*azon gift card, waiting for them to credit it with another £5 for trading in 2 books at weekend.
Also waiting to hear from z*apper about my books too.

I haven't included my loose change piggy but I probably will add it on to my total in December when I count it up, after all they are savings.;)

Ordered some clothes from Matalano today via my B00ts Ad card treat st. As it was the first time I've used treat st, I got £5 worth of Ad points though I had to pay £2.95 for delivery, but that puts me up by £2.05 in my opinion, to use on Xmas pressies come December :D

Still no actual savings to add on yet, still waiting for vouchers to arrive...
  • No insertion fees on 11 and 12 February on Ebay :)
If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.

    My way is Atkins;)

What a shame I don't have much too list. Anyone want to give me some stuff to list and I will only take 10% as commission:p:rotfl:
  • Wow Bess that's brilliant! I got about £300 back which I wasn't expecting at all - unfortunately it was in December so I can't count it towards this challenge :D

Yup, just had an email about free listing this weekend - must must must do some!!

Also had an email from Amazon to say that my games were accepted and in the condition I said they were in so I have £12.20 in credit there. Anyone know when the extra £5 will be credited though??

  • Well I had my email from Zapper yesterday to say a cheque for £73 will be on it's way - yay!!, had £2.50 added to my Nectar from surveys and £30 of vouchers turned up from subscribing to Which Magazine for a £1 through John Lewis. :)

Haven't done any other selling this week, must get back on the case!

I am looking to join a direct sales business as well as the one I am interested in has a join up offer this month. I've done lots of direct sales in the past but had a break this past year so now may be the time to have another dabble and earn a little bit and get myself lots of lovely products!

Can't wait till next pay day as then my total should go over £1k!

Just transferrred my tax rebate of £244, which was totally unexpected and very exciting!!, also £5 from £5 off £40 in Tesco and £4.70 for 10p off per litre of fuel.

Now I'm sorting out old toys and kids clothes for the NCT sale in March. After that I'm going to have to get creative with finding ways to save. Although I've done much better than I ever could have imagined so far.

  • Well I'm still too busy writing a dissertation to do very much but have been carrying on with my coin jar, and doing lots of surveys. Have cashed in another £2.50 from Opinion Outpost, sold one item on ebay (for a measly 91p profit but every little helps I guess!) and have signed up for £15 cashback on the netflix deal. Have been carrying on doing surveys every day so hopefully that will help. Am running out of stuff to sell though so will have to work out some new ideas! I am hoping to get a summer job this year and will count any earnings from that towards this challenge. I think without that there's just no way I'll ever make £2012 in 2012!
  • Well done you guys especially the ones with the tax rebates :T this month feels like I am pulling teeth!! Have items on Ebay, good items which I know will sell well and massive amounts of watchers but hardly any bids sooooo frustrating I know, I know patience is a virtue :p.

Woke up this morning to another Amazon sale of £8.02 for another book, cannot believe I nevr sold on Amazon before, used to just CS my books as they were so difficult to sell anywhere else but hvae made over £25 on 5 books amzing! Got you guys to thank for this :D

Anyway going to spend the weekend listing on Ebay as have lots of bigger items that I would like proper money for IYKWIM so will list as a reasonable starting price and if they make more great!

    Happy Ebaying everyone :)
