We had a phone call at work yesterday morning telling us that a child wouldn't be at school as Mum had been watching the news & it looked too windy for said child to walk in, we're in Berkshire for heavens sake, turn off the TV & look outside. The other 1199 children & 170 staff managed to get in.

Ive had a quick look outback in daylight,apart from earlier damage to gate etc,there are a couple of bent poles on the trampoline safety net,but no further damage thankfully..OH "sunk" the trampoline into the ground 2years ago after it goT blown into the park next to us one Hogmanay...it rolled around the grass making "corn circles",before we caught up with it.New years day looked like Aliens had been in the park(think a few locals have been T.total since that particular New year.LOL)
Very calm today,so Santa can safely be dangled from our bedroom window again..He kipped in the bath last night :santa2:Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.
Week 10,total weightloss is now 13.5lbs Week 11 STSweek 14(I think)..-2, total loss now 1 stone exactly
