  • Actually I think most people were taking the OPs original post on a "non dog owner" type post and trying to point out that things are fine .... it was when they reported SGs post that things went a bit "funny".

    P*ss a swear word .... seriously?

I thought the same, rising - SG's word wasn't aimed at the OP, but he did appear quick off the mark to report it, thats when it all went tits up ;) - anyway, not wanting to hijack the thread, but how are you doing? its good to talk about yr boy, all part of the process

TBH being alone during the day is so ingrained in our dog now that he turns into a right pain if somebody is home. He has what we call his 'daytime mode' Curls up on a chair and just goes to sleep.

not read all the replies but if the dog has access to shelter, food and water the RSPCA will not do a thing. So it will be a waste of time contacting them.

OMG i hope your not the nsy old git over the road from me that repeatly reports me to the council, My dog is call ben and yup were out for over 8 hrs a day. ( taken today off) Mr ben is walked at 6am and has breakfast and then he's left usually until around 4 when our daughter home from school. Oh is in at 6ish and im in at 10. Yes weve been reported, and the rescue centre visited us along with the dog warden.

Mr Ben has a bowl of fresh water always, ice cubes left in in summer so it stays nice. He has biscuits all the time on his plate and enjoys tea when my daughter gets home. He always has pate and chicken. And you will find him on the bed in the louge with his blanket over him or in his bed upstairs with a furry throw or on my bed if i leave the door open!!

He refuses to go out if it windy or thinking of rain. He wont walk on snow, we have to clear a path for him!! Hes fast asleep now, and hes very warm.

Hes not in any way ill treated, he spoilt rotten. He just refuses to join the fresh outdoors unless it is neccesary. I cant blame him, bless!!

Not every dog is the same, some need loads of walks some refuse to even go for a walk.

Hilarious. Op is desperately offended by the word !!!! and feels SG should be PPR'd. Best overreaction I've seen on this forum for a while. OP needs to p*ss off this thread now I fear before he makes himself look stupider.

Incidentally, I starred out the word so as not to completely offend your delicate sensibilities but report button is bottom right, knock yourself out
  • Well he's got his way. Typical mod / board guide mentality of dribbling and hitting buttons just because something was reported whether it was offensive or not.

    pathetic.
