    GGGRRRR am soooo annoyed

just clicked on this guys feedback and he bought an exact same item on the same day and paid immediately !!!!

so how can he tell a total lie and say it was his son ?

the unpaid item thing just seems to be sitting there waiting for a reply... do i have to do anything to speed it up?
there only seems the option for "closing the dispute"?

am v keen to give him a strike (round the head with a large baseball bat if possible)

    am hopping mad !

I have had a similar problem in the past and did exactly that. I didn't receive a neg back - some users are perhaps not aware that they can leave fb if they haven't actually 'purchased' from you!!

Let me get this right. Are you saying here that you can leave feedback for a seller even if you haven't bought anything from him ? or is my brain still living it up on holiday somewher out of this country ;)

AOL is a killer for ebay, for a short time a year or so ago I had a line in my auctions asking aol winners to let me have an alternative address as I could not get mail to them. I use Freeserve/Wannadoo and every now and then they and AOL refuse to talk to each other and even using the ebay system the email will not get through.

Even now I have two friends on AOL that I cannot communicate with at all, even if I send to them using a Hotmail account it detects my ISP and stops my mail and I don't even get a warning bounce message.

Soolin if your friends add your email address to their mail address book on AOL your mails shouldn't have any problem getting through. Hope this helpls :o Its always wise on aol too to check the spam folder daily :o

I think they mean that some people don't know they can leave feedback if they don't pay

Thanks for the tip but everytime AOL and Wanadoo have a hissy fit the mail still doesn't get through. My employers also pay for part of my ISP and we are warned at work that AOL might not be an acceptable choice as ISP as work related mail gets stuck in the spam trap.
