Barclaycard chip & pin not secure

Hi everyone,
I got fraud problem with my Barclaycard.They want from me letter and statement copy and identification.So i sent everything with special delivery to Barclaycard costumer service address in 1st December.And they told me we gonna cancel your card now and we will send you new one.
Till today I did not get any news from them.I called today they said to me we did not received any letter from you!!!I called Postoffice they send me letter straight away ;Who take the my post,which day and what time)
I called the Barclaycard team again i offered to cancel my card for the security reason.So what can i do now?what is the my legal rights? I want to sue them because this is really big security problem.
