It could be argued that as the sellers of whitening strips in the UK are selling an illegal product, illegally that it may be a bit much expecting good customer service, etc as well.
These strips contain over the legal limit of hydrogen peroxide and are illegal in the UK, EU and other countries.
Which have led several campaigns to stop amazon , eBay advertising these companies.http://www.which.co.uk/news/2010/08/illegal-tooth-whitener-sales-exposed-225191/
The reason you cannot buy them in shops is precisely because they are illegal.
Trading standards have prosecuted several suppliers.0 -
I've just placed an order and at the end it said transaction failed (even though I know I have sufficient funds in my bank) - I won't bother trying to order again after reading all your posts. I just wondered if this has happened to anyone else and whether they actually took the money from your card/bank.0

Wish I'd seen this sooner
Placed an order with this sham of a company 2 months ago, nothing ever arrived and they haven't responded to any of my emails, phone messages or even Facebook messages.
Please beware people, this just seems like a huge scam & I now have to start a chargeback to get a refund via my bank.0 -
It is illegal to sell these strips in the UK or EU. The sellers know this and fraudulently claim the strips are legal because they only contain 0.1 % hydrogen peroxide. Checking the manufacturers data shows strips contain between 10 and 16% so are hundreds of times over the legal limit.
So if a supplier is knowingly breaking the law and has no legitimate way of obtaining these products you have no guarantee that the product is not counterfeit , hazardous even if it arrives. Avoid.0 -
Sounds identical to my experience! Ordered 14th Feb 2014 @ 6am, received an email saying order had been processed. Delivery stated 1-5 working days with royal mail, rang up and left messenges several times along with long emails and nothing! Absolutely disgusted. It seems they order the products after you order something. Fed up if waiting now. They're quick enough to take money from your bank though!!0

I get mine from eBay.
Not had a problem over the last two years, using various sellers.
Nice looking teeth now too.0
