Placed order with http://www.whitestrips4u.co.uk/ over 2 weeks ago. Website says next day despatch. 2 weeks later, no goods, long delays in answering emails, no answer to telephone.

Have I been had, or are they just a lot slower than they claim?

Thanks both. I've bought the strips off Ebay before without a problem and thought this would be ok, but I'm unsure now. I tried live help, but again no-one was there. I don't have a good feeling about them, but they may well be more inept than your average internet shop. Second class postage doesn't speed things up either. We'll see what happens.

Goods arrived today. Still no response to phone calls today or even from their "live" internet help, but at least it eventually turned up.

LandlordLee, that was the same page I was on, but despite the help being "live", they didn't respond to the various tries I made. That and the unanswered phone and emails didn't give me a warm feeling. I'm glad you've had good experiences with them, but I can't see me using them again after this carry-on.

Oh Great! I ordered from these on 6th December and so far have received nothing. I have logged on to their site and my order says "processing" I have email them twice and tried phoning but no answer. Their live support also shows offline! I wonder if I will be as lucky as above or have I lost my cash:(

Sent a rather abrupt email yesterday indicating I would take this further, received an email this
morning saying item has been dispatched. Will wait and see!

Not sure how much I trust this website! Placed an order on 4th Jan - not turned up by Monday 9th so tried contacting. Rang phone number numerous times in which nobody answered, tried the online chat which kept saying customer service rep was offline. IT was only as I sent the 4th email and threatened to take further action on Tuesday and publicly named them on twitter & Facebook did I get a response saying my order was dispatched. Shoddy service, very unreliable!

I placed my 1st order with them on December 29th and it turned up yesterday. It took longer than I expected but arrived safely none the less. The strips did indeed come unboxed and with no obvious use by date. I also ordered the 3d whitening toothpaste which I think is legit to buy in this country.
