    It's up to you to get to work on time and nothing to do with your work. They don't care if you've stood out in the cold for hours, it's just not their problem. If you don't get to work on time then it's up to them how you make up the time. You sound like a spoilt brat.

    The dose of the amitriptyline you will be taking for migraine shouldn't be enough to make you feel lousy. You will be on a low dose so don't worry about it.
