I ordered a £10 pair of earings on 17th Nov, which have been showing as 'waiting to ship' too. Not recieved my order from last week yet. Not sure what the hold up is, but haven't even had an email that it has been dispatched yet. Tried to call and couldn't get through, so have sent an email to customer services so hopefully will find out what's going on soon! It was just a pair of socks, but I was hoping to have them in time for xmas!

I wouldn't worry. Since this offer I have placed a further 2 orders with them, stuff arrived quickly, very good quality, its probably postal delays. I do normally get a dispatch email though, so I would have thought you would have one of them.

Thanks for the info. I was over a week ago I ordered (Tues 6th) and the product is showing as in stock on the website, so I'm not sure why the hold up. I haven't had a dispatch email so pretty sure the hold up is with White Stuff not the post.

Still not had delivery or dispatch confirmation email yet. Placed the order 2 weeks ago now and can't get hold of the customer services & they haven't replied to my emails! I wish I knew what was going on, because if I could I would just cancel the order now (it's not going to get here in time for xmas now), but can't even do that.

There definitely is something wrong here for you. Since you last posted about this I have ordered a top in their sale and had delivery for quite a few days now. Not sure what to suggest, have you tried calling them? has payment been taken? if it hasn't maybe the order just didn't go through. Crossing fingers you sort it out x

Thanks, I will try calling again but the couple of times I tried I didn't get through. I had a confirmation email of the order so I presume it went through. Luckily no money has been taken yet, so it's not the end of the world if I never get it. I just would rather know what's going on!

I'm sure your order will turn up! I received a despatch email on 8th December but there was no sign of my item until today when I received an email saying it'd be delivered between 13:15pm and 14:15pm today - duly arrived at 13:40pm:j.
