they don't stack, already tried. The code box disappears after you enter a code and a comma or ; won't add 2 codes together

I think these codes are for the White Company, not Whitestuff. :)

I want to expand on my post.. just been to the shop and have had to ring their customer service complaints. Used my voucher and also purchased other goods over the amount.. went back to look for something else that caught my eye and the two sales assistants starts talking about me using the voucher rudely and starts laughing loudly and carrys on sla**ing me off.. ov didn't realise i was still in the shop! I have rang customer complaints and let them know what happened, but I'm mortified, never want to go in that particular store again!

Thats awful I feel for you, some people are so wrapped up in their little lives that they dont appreciate the fact that the company they work for set up this voucher for a reason to get more sales if it wasnt for such vouchers every now and then then i'm sure it would effect their sales, granted I spent £1 in the shop today and walked away with 3 things but you cant tell me that products dont have a healthy profit margin, £4.99 for lip balm isnt that cheap and i'm sure people would of used the voucher for items that were alot over £10, and in this difficult economic climate they wont have a job for very long with that attitude! I hope that head office take note of what has happened and do something about it, it is unacceptable to behave like that. I have also had a simular experience in a certain low budget hotel "we guarentee a good nights sleep if not we will refund your money" yeah but with a stand up row at reception and then slagging me off before i'm out the door! I wouldnt mind but there was a long que of people at 1am in the morning also complaining so it's not like I was the only one! The others didnt ask for their money back though.

On another note the staff in the Exeter store were lovely, I played dumb and said "my friend had sent me the voucher and was it real" and the shop assistant was yes its real and seemed positive about the promotion. I got 2 pairs of socks £4 each and one of the charity bags for £3 = £11 I paid £1 came out chuffed and gave it to OH for my chirstmas stocking he owes me £1 :rotfl:
  • Through the link from this site, I went onto the site and signed up for the voucher for White Stuff. True to their word, they emailed it to me and it just opened as a pdf that was completely black, no voucher. I tried to open it at work and the same thing. There is a branch of their shop round the corner from work and I have never been in before. This would have been the opportunity to familiarise myself with it. Not now!

My wife visited the Truro shop armed with her £10 voucher and found nothing in store less than £15. I guess all the cheap stuff had been sold? It was a great freebie though.
The next White Stuff I want to see should be falling from the sky though:D
NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!

Jealousy affects people in a strange way you only have to look what it does to Tesco staff!!
Take no notice and carry on.It's a shame it finished yesterday because if it had been me I'd have gone in everyday just to p*$$ them off.
  • Thank you for all your advice, very much appreciated in my situation. It was pretty humiliating but I totally agree with all your posts :o Head office is ringing me this morning and I'm definitely going to peruse the issue as all night its been on my mind, when something like that happens it makes you feel like total sh*t for a while I think! In the end Im glad I used my voucher, at least something good came of it all and thanks for all your posts! :)
  • Went to the Nottingham store after work yesterday and all the staff were lovely - and from what I could see, everyone in there had a voucher. Got some socks for BF and some niks for me for £1.50 :) Thanks OP.
