I cant say a bad thing about them as i am going to get over £1100 from them in payback later this month.
Good value network only let down by poor 3g coverage(actually o2's fault!) & occasional website outages.

I had Q'd up goodybags for continuous use but still my service gets interrupted every month at my aniversary date? Why is this? Thanks. most annoying, it lasts for several hours in the morning each month. My balance is constantly 0.01 if that helps? Don't see why it's relevant though.0

Good if you dont have any problems0

If you're worried about going with a company you're not quite sure of then for an extra £2.50 per month you could go with Tesco Mobile on a rolling contract. My O2 iPhone 3G has just gone out of contract and I have now gone over to the £12.50 deal for the iPhone. 500 minutes, 5000 texts and 1GB data per month. They use the O2 network so coverage is great. Plus there's a cap on the usage so you will never go over the £12.50. (If you want to take it abroad or phone 0845 etc. numbers then you can add funds to your account to cover it). I've given my teenage son my old phone safe in the knowledge that he'll never present me with an enormous bill!

Seems fine to me and at least you are in control and can ask the forum if there is a problem. So far that's proved better than any c/s over the phone stuff I've had with any network.
3 kids on it, can't beat a £5 unlimited txt goody bag for them, and eldest has an iphone 3g running on the £10 goody bag for unlimited data etc.
Just a couple of mins ago cut and activated mySIM for my iphone 4 so I can port number over when out of contract after Xmas.No problerm at all.0 -
Love Giffgaff! I haven't topped up yet as I've only been with them a month but plan to do it a couple of days early to avoid any website issues.
For me it was a no brainer as I wanted a smartphone but not a huge data bill and for a tenner a month I can have unlimited data and texts and enough minutes.
Oh and feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but whilst they use the O2 network they aren't exactly 'part of O2'.0 -
I'm currently on Giffgaff, moved recently from Three to them. Have to say for the cost per month and unlimited data for a tenner a month its one of the best deals I've been on since I've had a mobile phone. Receptions great but my only quibble is that they take minutes out of your allowance to access your voicemail. Apart from that I def recommend it.0
