Thank you! It is lovely to be able to do it, one way or another.

    Lurker warning !!!!

The watch is beautiful and you have made sure its covered by your insurance haven't you? Yes of course you have - silly of me to worry. :)

BTW I have never had a fish finger sandwich either. In fact I had never heard of them before MSE. At the risk of shocking everyone I will also admit to not liking chocolate oranges.:o

hey there Ches - long time no see!!!

My pictures have been framed, so I dashed out before the close to pick them up - have three hanging in my lounge and am very very very happy with them. :j:j:j

Listened to the match on the radio - was very pleased to get a point away at Everton, but a shame not to have held on to the lead we had for 81 mins of the match! Still, a point away from home could prove crucial later on. Nervewracking though! Listening to it on the radio is so so difficult compared with either being there or watching on the telly!

I quite expect Fish Finger sandwiches will feature heavily over the next few weeks - good food, filling and not overly expensive. Ok, so there isn't too much in the way of fruit and veg there, but what the heck!!!

So, today has been a nice day. Did a bit more wrapping and the cards for the neighbours etc, Mum popped over and we did the present swap, and then I went for my nails to be done, which look lovely. Then football, a friend over for coffee whilst listening to the match, and of course my lovely pictures.

Television and a bit more wrapping, with a small glass of something festive may well be the order of the evening. I feel nicely content. That'll do me :)

  • I am partial to fish finger sarnies too :D

I like mine with the pizza express light salad dressing! (only meant to be an emergency measure when no other sauces were available in my fridge, but actually it's a divine combination!!)
