Why dont you use your wii fit Aesop?
we have thick pile carpet, silly landlord, and you cannot put the wiiboard on it, so have to get out my piece of board, then put wiiboard on it. then set it all up.
And keep it in it's box, as cannot leave things out, otherwise DS will break it.
also by the time DS goes to bed, am too tired to want to exercise on it. would prefer to exercise in morning, rather than at night.0 -
I kind of gave up on the wii fit too - Wii Sports boxing isnt bad if you get into it though. Or just stepping for half an hour in front of the TV (on free step I used to do half an hour while watching a program, letting the wii work away in the background). That was usually a good three thousand steps (on the Wii board, not a proper stepper :O ). Doesnt really need the Wii at all.
I've had Jillian Michaels 30 day shred too - thats quite good and difficult but I think its different to the link above.As God is my witness, as God is my witness they're not going to lick me. I'm going to live through this and when it's all over, I'll never be hungry again0 -
