  • Thanks Donny,
That makes it easier to work out what's been stolen, it's not the end of the world, I'll get back on ebay & bid for some more if they don't turn up soon.
    Hugs Hester

:rotfl::rotfl: i love my pup, he is the best dog in the world. Just had a bath, left the bubbly water in the tub while i went to get dressed, and came back downstairs to find pup splashing around in the bath :rotfl:

Just got our first christmas card, for our landlady. We have had a bit of a rocky relationship this year, but really we couldn't ask for better.

Currently creating a wishlist on amazon of books i want for my kindle. I think next week will be spent reading mostly, if my dad lets me have my birthday present tomorrow!

Hester - grr at thieves and the school!

I had a great day/night out yday for the works Xmas do. 13hrs of drinking but no real hangover today :D we all had a ball and most people stayed out til late. Lovely meal, and we did secret Santa with a £5 limit, and one of the boys got me a really nice pink small coin purse, very thoughtful!

Woke up to find a text from the idiot man, saying he may have made a mistake and that he was sorry for messing me around  Whatever! I deleted it, and his number. You only get one chance with me  :rotfl:

I'm off out again tonight! TBH I'm knackered and would love to stay in and watch Strictly, but it's my uni Xmas meal and one of the girls 50th so I have to go. I've offered to be designated driver and need to drop the birthday lady home by 10pm for her babysitter so it won't be a late one. We are going to Cosmo, an all you can eat pan Asian place.

OS wise - flat is a mess, flatmates mess mainly but I'm in a bit of a cleaning mood so will probably clean it up myself. Need to pack up the sofabed (one of my work colleagues stayed last night). WM may go on. And may make soup if I have time.

    Have a good day all

HH - It's obviously not your fault so don't beat yourself up about it. Just wonder what kind of message the Head's behaviour sends to the children! Terrible about your parcel.

FB - Who does this guy think he is? I too would be a one chance bird!

Hope all those feeling poorly or have sore hands get well soon.

Not really had a chance to post lately - still decorating the hall. Decided to hire scaffold tower yesterday and the hire company brought it in but I didn't have any instructions! After watching you-tube I managed some of it and then had to concede defeat and phone my friendly builder. When he had stopped laughing he put it up for me and that's where I've been last night and since 8 this morning. I have done as much as I can at that level, just waiting for him to come back to lower it for me. It certainly isn't a one man job!

Enjoy your weekends. Take care. XX

flutterby he thinks he MIGHT have made a mistake?? Wow he knows how to woo the ladies. He does realise indecisiveness isn't an attractive trait <rollseyes>

Not quite the OS shopping trip I planned :o spent £5 on pic of kids with Father Christmas. they do get a present anyway so £2.50 each for a pressie and a pic......not as expensive as some grottos :o
And no longer going to Stratford......we are all going to see Arthur Christmas at the cinema  still it's been a lovely Christmassy day so far.....that's my excuse anyway :o

My mate Clare has a very wise saying that covers all actions, words and thoughts related to the male of the species... "Men are stupid". uses is to explain any male-related act....and it's always appropriate!

I am a second chancer as I always hope that if I was every in a position where I needed a second chance people would be kind enough to give me it.
You will never get a third!

Been putting the kitchen into some sort of order this morning and have just had left-over chilli for my lunch (SW friendly) and am doing sausage casserole for dinner (I'll substitute quorn sausage in mine). Still sticking to SW and so far so good!

DH is working all weekend but we should get a couple of hours together tomorrow evening.

Have to go and make cup cakes with DD now - she's had her apron on for hal an hour!

    Enjoy your days x
