  • Oh and huge congrats Therustybullet x

Thankyou, hope yours arrives soon. I really wasn't expecting mine at all. I'm sure it has something to do with amount of times I've contacted them, emails, letters, phone calls and a letter from my MP.

    Good luck everyone.:D
  • Day 112 (80 working) since original calculations letter.

No re-calculations, no loan re-structuring no money....
  • I'm in the same boat verymadmax.

Been phoning the call centre at least once a week. Managed to get my M.P's full support this morning and have started emailing the CEO's x

    Good luck Verymadmax x

Well at last at 4.00 this afternoon my refund was crredited to my account :j:j:j:j:j:j:j Now to go to see mum so I wont be around for a day or two, Mum is doing well after her operation, Thank you all for your help and support. I hope you all get your refunds quickly. Just a note I did send CEO TT an e mail last night and although I did not get a reply I think it may have helped as well as my MP, so keep at them, don't let the B~##~*s get you down, Its your money after all. :j:j:j:j:j:j

Fabulous news :T go give you mother a big hug and kiss :j:j
    Successes
    Sainsbury's/BOS £6,400 Paid :)
    MBNA £3,600 Paid :)
  • Fingers crossed hope its magic friday tomorrow. well done to the lucky few today
  • After saying I wouldn't phone I did oops!

I feel even more angry:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:, I was told that my case has been worked on again via the refunds team, this is what I have been told since 1st September. I would have to wait for a recalculations letter before any payment, great I thought! WRONG!!! They could not tell me how long I would have to wait, it could be a day, week, month, weeks or even months and then I would have to wait no longer than 4 weeks for payment. I said then your telling me I may have to wait in total upto 6 months for my payment considering I have been waiting 14 months since putting in my complaint. I did laugh or I may of just cried. Luckily I don't have to rely on the money but I want it back all the same. I want to take my children to Euro Disney :(

Well that's me and my wife now done with Lloyds.

All money now in from various loans going back to the 1980's.
Total refund from Lloyds is £30215.

Tesco Finance paid up very quickly back in August, and were just waiting for the last few cheques from AA Finance.
Hopefully all this PPI refund stuff will be done and closed in a week or so.

Just checked my account and "Whoopee"!!!!!!!!!!!! I have mine too!
Just in time for Christmas and to make sure our daughter is comfortable and has the best Xmas we can give her and make memories for us.
Not to depress people but she has been fighting a rare condition for a long time so we have to take everyday for what it gives us!
Congrats to all who have received their refunds today and may you all have a very merry Christmas and hopefully a Happy new Year!

For you who are still fighting it will be worth it in the end:A
