    you need the new calculations letter to declare your tax

    how long will that take???? hope its not another 10 days ive been waiting since sept 19th

    Claim made aug 2011
    Offer letter 20 th oct
    recalcalcs letter 25th nov
    waiting for bacs payment of £3921.33

    thinking of asking santa to see what he can do.....you never know ive been a good girl

    Ok, the new loan has ppi carried over from the old loan, which will need to be calculated and interest applied and then refunded. so the payment you received is very likely the early settlement redress which doesnt need calculating or restructuring. you may find your current loan payments will change and then the remaining redress paid ;)
    so i am expecting to get the rest then?? just didnt understand the huge difference, so i am back to fighting tomorrow????:mad: at least my face didnt go blue and clash with my undies:rotfl:
