Currently have under 4 quid in my current account and am considering either selling a kidney or doing favours for sailors - neither of which are good choices for a student nurse !

Yesterday, I said that my loan had reduced but this morning when I went online, it had gone up by £500 although the new monthly payment stayed the same. I don't know whether to spend half an hour on the phone trying to get through to someone or wait until next week.

There is also no refund showing in my current account. Perhaps they are trying to sort out my loan before giving me my refund, in spite of several of the loans being years old.
  • aaggghhhhhhh!!!!

We received offer letter 16th September with interest calculated to 13th October. Chq still awaited (£5200) however annual loan statement arrived yesterday and we can see that £1957 was paid off loan on 12th October so obviously recalculation has been done (however monthly payments have remained the same).

Is anybody else in the same boat in that they've done half a job?

    I detest these people!!!

    Any advice/thoughts greatly received.

I had 3 loan claims pending, 1 current and 2 finished

1st refund 2 weeks ago into current account
3rd one will go via loan account which I understand

but the 2nd one is finished and the refund should go straight into lloyds current account as the 1st one. And its the big one!

Phoned yesterday to be told they have no access to any lists and I will just have to wait longer, IT WILL TAKE LONGER BECAUSE I HAVE A CURRENT LOAN!!!!! But its not this one so why!!!:mad:

58 days from offer letter, recalculation letter 9 November interest to 6 December.
  • Well done the daily bank check and lo and behold nothing. Offer letter sep 13th no recalculation letter
