They sure are, I loved the quote from the recent MSE news story

Lloyds refuses to state how many payments are held up by these extra delays, only adding: "Of the complaints to be processed, fewer than 5% are affected by this issue on delays."

Well I have done the daily email to directors and CEO still no response ......but I feel better x

Well I wrote a lovely long email last night and copied in my MP. Had a phone call this morning from my M.P's office who are more than happy to help with my case. So I guess I just need to wait and see what happens from here. Still no action on my open loan or account today

Emailed everyone at lloyds last night and the only one who didn't bounce back was TT. Off to try again now.

Congrats to everyone who got payment today!

claim made end of june, offer letter 7th october, no info since despite calls other than the infamous "priority payment sheet" we were given no info, no recalc letter etc.

Just had our cheque from LLoyds for £1944 :j

Had a letter to say claim would be upheld on the 8th Nov (originally rang in aug) so havent had to wait long at all:T

Good luck and I hope your cheques arrive soon x

was told a recalc letter sent friday 2nd but not received yet

That letter will never come. I'm on 88 days and have been told that letters have been sent out for the last 3 weeks and have never arrived. So frustrating.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
