You have, after all, been an inspirational source of gallows humour for the last few weeks on this thread.I just wanted to make sure everyone else thought that too.
If I didn't use humour I'd be going even more crazy than I already have. Although I didn't find out anyones underwear colour.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Wow! This is the first time that I've looked on here and discovered that there are loads of other people in the same boat as me! Like other people on here, I received the letter saying that my complaint had been upheld on 26 August, received letter detailing offer on 20 September and still no money! I have been told that it will take 4 weeks, then another 4 weeks pass on top of that, oh and I too was meant to receive a letter of apology calculating new interest about 4 weeks ago but that has never arrived. What has hacked me off even more is that one of LloydsTSB's debt companies, Apex, have been harrassing me every day for the past 3 weeks over a measly £200 that I owe (due to absurd bank charges that I originally blatently refused to pay, but am now paying them back on a monthly basis) yet they couldn't care less that they owe me over £3k! I have sent several emails to what I'm told is the complaints department (customer.care.insurance@lloydstsb.com) and have still not received so much as an acknowledgment. Is anybody able to tell me how I can get the email address for Ian Hallet?
Any help would be very much appreciated!!0 -
