Can't see the "online exclusive account" at the website, is it existing savers only?
It doesn't appear on the website because it is a promotional account exclusive to, and only available through, Moneysupermarket.com.
Did you really mean to put loose?
Lose: no longer possess, not to retain, unable to find
Loose: not firmly or tightly fixed in place

True, but it seems that if you've previously opened a NR account through moneysupermarket.com it lets you open another 'exclusive' account without going through that site. It let me anyway!

If it is withdrawn on Monday does this mean we won't be able to add any more to it after then as per the T&Cs?

Thanks 2010 and barak. A bit confused here does the interest get added to the new account straight away,or on 11 march 2012?

The interest is added straight away and the whole lot is "transferred" to your new account immediately and you keep the same account number.
Your statement will still show your esaver 4 and the new account just carries on from there.

If only all banks worked as efficiently as NR.

I opened this account yesterday but it's still listed as "pending approval" in my accounts list. It also says it can take up to 5 days to be approved which will take it beyond Monday. I have the account number/sort code so should I make a payment into it today or do I risk my money being lost in the ether somewhere should there be a problem activating the account?

I take it you didn`t have an account with them before and hence the "pending approval".

I would give them a ring to be on the safe side.

You can add funds for at least 30 days following the date of account opening, which can be found in your Welcome Pack
