Please can I join this challenge, it will be the first challenge I have joined. Am going to go tip the coffee into the Coffee Jar so that I can use it for this challenge. I emptied my other money jar the other day and I was surprised to find about £60 in there so I would like to think that I can save £200 this year. The money from this Jar will then go onto debts as a boost when the jar is full.

I have been this morning, Dr said that I have a massive ulcer on the back of my throat and my left cheek is 'puffy' shes put me on antibiotics to see if it works but the numbness up the left side seemed to concern her a bit and she said 'many many times' that should it get any worse tonight im to go straight back tomorrow, and if the antibiotics dont kick in within 48 hrs I also have to go back in.

And Oi!! LC2 and I are fabulous role models!! Everyone on the thread should be just like us :D

Hope the antibiotics get working Jakes Mum!!

Not potted today but have decided that £2 coins will go in a 'pending to be potted' drawer so I can use them if I REALLY need to but otherwise they will be potted at the end of the month.

I did find 10p roadkill while I was hoovering but it seems to have disappeared from my pocket. Not sure where it's gone. Will probably find it tomorrow when I'm hoovering.

  • Signing in at the start of another year - managed a goodly three-figure sum last year from loose change, so will be aiming to make at least £100 again in 2012. Thank you for the tread, it's a great encouragement!
