Just home from work, had a lovely couple of hours flirting outrageously with a far too good looking for his own good (and apparently unaware of it) young man who offered to walk me across campus, which given I knew we'd pass his accomodation block I declined naturally (the fact that I'm coming home to my pet boy may have crossed my mind occasionally too
)
Glad I did though, got to gaze at the stars as its incredibly clear here (and cold to go with it), and had an up close encounter with the deer on the lake road. But I also found 20p in roadkill which when I'm at the new house will be popped in to the bottle.It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Hi just wondering if i could join this challenge, ive just signed upto the website after weeks of looking about at the christmas thread, and this christmas has been very last minute due to having a baby in october an its been very exspensive due to my other children getting older an everythin they want costing a fortune. So i need to be prepared for christmas 2012. I have a target for myself to save a pound a day so i think been in this challenge will give me alot of motivation. :-)0

It's not cheating at all, Cuppycake, the only word I can think to describe what you're intending is admirable and I wish you every bit of willpower necessary to get you back to a healthy lifestyle. You can do it!! When you're ready why not join us on the "Quitting Smoking" thread over here. So many people have had great success.
Congratulations on your recent baby, lyla-mccartney! A £1 a day would be marvellous for you this time next year, a great idea, don't forget bits of change after shopping if you can afford it, it's a great help. Welcome to MSE.
Oh very well done both elfen and Mr E!!!! Didn't he do well!!Well done with the e-bay bits too.
