Thanks for the help (sorry don't quite know how to thank particular people!)
I'm starting out with £39.45 in my pot, i sort of had one last year but it was hit and miss whether i put into it or not (mostly not). Just cracked it open and that's what was in.
I'm not going to set a target, just put in loose change, it will most likley be towards Christmas 2012:DAugust Grocery Challenge (15th)0 -
Well me and my daughter have just gone through all 5 of my different bags and found a grand total of £2.31 to start off the sealed pot challenge. Way more than I thought! And I'm keen to get her into the habit of saving not spending. Don't want the kids ending up in the same mess as me.Ninja Saving Turtle0

Evening all
LC2 :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Love it. I don't know you, have no idea what you look like, but can absolutely picture your shopping trip....
Sue - I have to say you are amazing, commenting back to everyone individually, your brain must be frazzled with everyone's goings on.
£2.14 potted today. Would have been more but need some for car parking tomorrow and it defeats the object to pot it all and then take £10 out of the machine.
Enjoy the rest of the evening all.
